WebReel is a free web-based service that provides automated screen recording capabilities for websites. The Service allows users to generate video recordings of web pages with automatic scrolling functionality.

Please note that some websites may implement security measures or restrictions that prevent our Service from generating recordings. We cannot guarantee successful recording of all websites, and such limitations are beyond our control.

3. Optional Donations

While WebReel is completely free to use, we accept voluntary donations to support the development and maintenance of the service:

• Donations are processed securely through Stripe
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Donations do not provide any additional features or benefits
• We maintain records of donations for tax purposes

4. Usage Rules

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record websites without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate recordings of inappropriate or illegal content
• Attempt to abuse or overload the service

5. Video Retention Policy

All videos generated through the Service are automatically deleted after 24 hours from the time of creation. It is your responsibility to download and save any videos you wish to keep before they are removed. We do not maintain backups of deleted videos and cannot recover them once the retention period has expired.

6. Intellectual Property

The videos generated through the Service are owned by you. However, WebReel retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and functionality.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebReel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any interruption of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
